  • If one can to rate a dental clinic as great I have to say the staff were so friendly & made the whole episode as painless as possible. I broke a part of a tooth last week & needed a dentist. As I don't have a regular dentist I phoned around to see who could see me. I tried a well advertised clinic first & had to leave a message which even today 3 days later has not been acknowledged. My second call was to Timberlands whose ad I had heard on the radio. I made a appointment for the next morning & the filling was replaced without too much stress or pain. Thanks to Lindsay the tech & the dentist who were great. I appreciated the info on the government dental program to which I have now applied Thanks again everybody at Timberlands no doubt I will see you again. (not too soon I hope). George

  • Timberlands Dental office and staff from the front desk hygienists dentist and dental assistant they are friendly professional and kind and provide excellent dental services. I would highly recommend the office for general care check ups and any other dental needs. The services completed was a dental cleaning check and consult for orthodontic and implant. The office took care of the forwarding the referrals to orthodontist and implant specialists. The staff takes such good care of each of their patients. Appointment time was on schedule and the hygienist listened to my concerns and made notes very through patient charting and follow through. Thank you from a new patient and new comer to Red Deer. I look forward to having my teeth cleaned and checked going forward as well as my family.

  • I have had nothing but excellent experiences at Timberlands Dental Care. I got quite sick a few years ago which led me to require a fair amount of dental work and as I always had near crippling anxiety about dentists it was a struggle for me to get started. From day One everyone from reception to the hygienists through all the assistants and of course Dr. Phil couldn't have been better. They were kind clear about all of my options and incredibly helpful in working around my schedule so I could get the care I needed and now I'm finally seeing the other side thanks to everyone there. I wholeheartedly recommend Timberlands to anyone especially if you have anxiety about dentists as I did.

  • Had a appointment with timberlands dental about a month ago. Dentist found something wrong with my tooth and had to have a crown put on so over the time had a temp crown put on just had my permanent tooth put in they had to remove it to get the right fit. When all done my tooth felt great and with no pain timberlands made sure I was happy before walking out the door. Very happy with the fix I got Dr and assistants are great to be with.

  • Wow is all i have to say I want to go to school in dentistry and the lady who did my photos answered every. single. question. about schooling the job her experience and I thought that in general was Phenomenal. And then the dentist came in and i’ve never experience a more outgoing kind and relating person in this field than him. Truly outstanding practice will be making this office my go to.

  • I have been to Timberlands a few times. The receptionists are amazing. Dr Janabi was great. He went over my procedure thoroughly his assistant was very gentle. The clinic itself is inviting clean and water available to drink. Best clinic I have been to since leaving BC. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone. Thank you to everyone there for making my visits stress free.

  • Just returned from an emergency appointment for a broken crown . Dr . Phil is super nice was thorough in his explanation of the procedure and in my general dental concerns . The dental assistant and the front desk girls are awesome and very helpful in answering my questions . Great experience after a few failed ones so I believe I have found my new dentist !

  • I am unsure of who the dental assistant I had today but she was lovely. I had a big anxiety over hospitals dentist offices and stuff like that but she was super friendly and very understanding and kind. She made me feel a lot better. The staff in general from the few I interacted with today are all patient and very kind. I highly recommend going here.

    Dr. Phil Henriksen (aka Dr. Phil), originally a Saskatchewan boy, moved to Red Deer with his wife Laura & their 3 small children in 2003. Amongst the friendly people of Central Alberta and the beautiful scenery, Dr. Phil and family have made Red Deer their home.

    Dr. Henriksen enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on orthodontics & surgery. Dr. Phil enjoys getting outdoors. From snowmobiling and snowboarding to fishing and camping and travelling, Dr. Phil is always looking for a new adventure.
