  • My fiancè and I came for our 6 month cleanings, as well as, we brought our 9 month old daughter in for her first dental check-up. We travel two hours from Drumheller because the Timberlands Dental Care team always provides a comfortable, friendly, and professional experience. Dr. Phil Henriksen was absolutely fantastic with our little girl. Although she was only on my lap in the chair for a short period of time, the exposure of the dentist at this early of an age is very significant in order for the child to gain a positive experience right from the beginning. As a first-time Mom, it was peace of mind to hear her development is on track, and I was able to ask any questions I had regarding her oral hygiene. Our family always looks forward to our upcoming appointments.

  • I am currently undergoing Invisalign treatment through Dr. Phil. I had first gone for a consult elsewhere, where I was told it would be 12-14 months. Seemed quite long considering my teeth really are not very out of line. I consulted with Dr. Phil, and he guessed 4-6 months. Sent off my scan, got the results back, 5 months! That gives me so much faith in the honesty and integrity of this clinic. The staff are all super friendly and professional, they remembered me by name already on my second visit! Dr. Phil is super friendly, charismatic and funny. I am so happy I made the choice to visit Timberlands Dental and to continue my Invisalign journey with them. I will be continuing to visit this clinic in the future!

  • I am the biggest baby when it comes to dentistry work. He is by far the BEST dentist I've been to and that says a lot because I've seen several dentists in two provinces. I had two extractions today that urgently needed to happen. The whole process right from antibiotics to sitting in the chair went smoothly. The Doc is super kind, clear, straight up and explains things to me that I can actually understand. I was in and out even faster than expected too. Hands down the best ever! The lovely ladies that helped me were also amazing. Thanks everyone. I will be back for further work and I now know I have nothing to worry about. You guys rock

  • The staff at Timberlands dental are all so professional and talented. We drive 1hr to see this amazing team and they never disappoint. Cleans for me are usually a painful experience but thanks to the team here my sensitivity and pain it almost gone! And my kids... They have been so great with my kids. We usually have trouble at the dentist but both experiences have been quick easy and painless. Thank you!

  • For someone who does not like going to the dentist, I love going to Timberland Dental. Dr. Phil is so quick at fixing cavities and the girls are great at cleaning, I'm usually very uncomfortable during cleanings but they're very gentle but thorough!

    General Dentist

    Dr. Phil Henriksen (aka Dr. Phil), originally a Saskatchewan boy, moved to Red Deer with his wife Laura & their 3 small children in 2003. Amongst the friendly people of Central Alberta and the beautiful scenery, Dr. Phil and family have made Red Deer their home.

    Dr. Henriksen enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a focus on orthodontics & surgery. Dr. Phil enjoys getting outdoors. From snowmobiling and snowboarding to fishing and camping and travelling, Dr. Phil is always looking for a new adventure.
